He is the Founder of The Mentorship Experience (TME), a values-driven mentorship movement committed to restoring mentorship as a structured, intentional, and transformative force across families, schools, workplaces, faith-based institutions, and society at large.

Through years of mentoring, training, research, and facilitation, he has developed practical mentorship frameworks that emphasize trust, responsibility, clarity, and measurable growth in mentor–mentee relationships.

A trained legal practitioner and certified business coach, Adedayo brings a rare blend of structure, ethics, strategy, and human development into mentorship practice. He is also the Founder of the Adedayo Ogunleye Business Coaching Academy (AOBC Academy), where he equips entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders with strategic thinking, leadership capacity, and sustainable growth skills.
