The Mentorship Experience (TME) is a mentorship-driven movement and non-governmental organization committed to raising intentional mentors who transform individuals, strengthen institutions, and shape society. More than a programme, TME exists to restore mentorship as a structured, ethical, and generational tool for leadership, growth, and sustainable impact.

We believe mentorship is not a casual relationship but a calling and responsibility; one that must be intentionally discovered, properly developed, and purposefully deployed. Founded in response to the growing gap in guidance, leadership continuity, and value-based development, TME is building a global community of trained mentors equipped to serve in families, schools, workplaces, faith communities, and social institutions.

Through structured training programmes, mentor activation pathways, and certification systems, TME helps individuals discover their mentoring identity, build the capacity to guide others, and apply mentorship in real-life settings. Our approach emphasizes accountability, character formation, and measurable outcomes rather than inspiration alone.

The Mentorship Experience (TME) was born from a simple but powerful conviction: people grow best when they are intentionally guided. I have seen potential wasted, leaders struggle, families weaken, and young people lose direction, not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked mentorship.

TME exists to change that story. We are building a culture where mentorship is intentional, structured, and lived daily within families, schools, organisations, and communities. Our work is not about one-time programmes; it is about shaping people who will lift others, leaders who will raise leaders, and systems that ensure growth continues across generations.

Adedayo Ogunleye, popularly known as Dayo TheManPointa, is a mentor-leader, lawyer, business coach, researcher, and mentorship movement builder. He is the Founder of The Mentorship Experience (TME), a values-driven mentorship movement committed to restoring mentorship as a structured, intentional, and transformative force across families, schools, workplaces, faith-based institutions, and society at large.

Adedayo’s work is rooted in the conviction that mentorship is not accidental, informal, or optional, but a deliberate system for leadership development, character formation, and generational impact. Through years of mentoring, training, research, and facilitation, he has developed practical mentorship frameworks that emphasize trust, responsibility, clarity, and measurable growth in mentor–mentee relationships.

A trained legal practitioner and certified business coach, Adedayo brings a rare blend of structure, ethics, strategy, and human development into mentorship practice. He is also the Founder of the Adedayo Ogunleye Business Coaching Academy (AOBC Academy), where he equips entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders with strategic thinking, leadership capacity, and sustainable growth skills.

As a writer and thought leader, Adedayo has authored and developed several mentorship-focused works and frameworks addressing mentorship in the home, schools, workplaces, and leadership environments. His writings challenge casual mentorship culture and call for a mentor-leader approach, one that is intentional, accountable, and purpose-driven.
